The Person Behind It

Covenant Works was built by John Sydnor — founder of Crafted by Design, U.S. Army veteran, laser engraver, and small business owner in Harlem, Georgia.

He built this suite for his own shop first. When the spreadsheets stopped working and nothing on the market was built for someone like him — a maker running a real business out of a real workspace — he built the software himself. What started as a personal solution became something he knew the whole maker community needed.

There is a real person here. A real shop. A real faith. And a genuine belief that the tools crafters use to run their businesses should be as purposeful as the work they create.
